    Hi,
    Is there a way to access a free full text PDF from the journal “Clinical neurophysiology”? I’ve tried multiple ways of accessing the full text, but all of them want to get into my wallet.

      Hi Jackson
      Clinical Neurophysiology is available from 1999 to present, you can access the full text by going to http://ejournals.cf.ac.uk. Search for “clinical neurophysiology” and select one of the top two links. In the top right-hand corner of the ScienceDirect page click on Login, then Athens/Institution Login, then Athens Login again, then click Alternative Login underneath the username and password boxes. Search for Cardiff then select Cardiff University. Enter you Cardiff Univerisity username and password. You should now be able to access the full text.

    Thanks for the help with Clinical Neurophysiology. I found the institutional log in button after emailing (it was weird though, I was logged in to Cardiff, and other Science Direct articles were free without logging in again through the SD site), and now feel somewhat sheepish asking another question. I swear that I cannot access free full text pdf’s for this journal – Clinical EEG and Neuroscience. They have several trials that seem like they would most helpful for my current paper. Any advice?

    Hi Jackson
    Sorry for the delay in reply. Clinical EEG and Neuroscience is not a journal that Cardiff University subscribes to so you would not have free access to the full text. We can however get you the PDF for this article from the British Library if you request it, for intructions see the handbook.

    HI lena,
    Not sure what you are trying to access.
    Are you wanting to use electronic journals or do you want to request articles that are not available.
    For the first you need to login with the username and password you were given to enrol on the Cardiff University site.
    For the second email: dls@cf.ac.uk and request a library card activation and quote your student number. Your library card number and password will then be sent to you.
